Training
From your very first breath under water, through to Advanced courses or even learning to drive our boats, Merseyside SAC can cater for it all in-house*. Since 1952 Merseyside SAC has taught hundreds of people to dive through the BSAC system.
We start with regular Thursday night club sessions in the pool (pool fees included in annual membership) before progressing to inland sites such as Capernwray dive center and shallow sea dives.
Apart from diving we also teach first aid, oxygen administration, VHF radio, Diver Cox for those that want to qualify to drive the clubs boats and much more. Past entry level training, all skill development is included the annual membership fee.

*Due to the expense and time involved in training new divers, for new members wishing to train with us from scratch, there is an additional one-off joining fee levied. alternatively, we can put you in touch with our affiliated professional training partner to wisk you through this phase. All training past entry level is included in the annual membership fee.
